Greystar leases Odell, on North Lamar Boulevard in the Highland neighborhood near Austin Community College’s Highland campus and The Linc shopping center. Plans begin with studios of 378 sq ft and top out at a 1,401 sq ft three-bedroom, with one- and two-bedroom layouts in between. Amenity space includes a pool and spa with a sun deck, a sauna, a golf simulator, a speakeasy-style lounge, a game room with a pool table, a community kitchen, conference rooms and a dog park. Downtown Austin is about a 20-minute drive by way of I-35 and Airport Boulevard.
