Remington House

The community occupies 19 acres of mature live oaks off the I-35 frontage between Rundberg Lane and US-183, and its own marketing leans on access to The Domain and UT. Four plans are published: one-bedrooms of 676 and 728 square feet and two-bedroom, two-bath homes of 1,036 and 1,204 square feet, the larger of which is a townhome layout. Kitchens carry white cabinetry, black appliances and marble countertops over plank flooring, and most homes have balconies. A pool and picnic areas serve the grounds. Dogs and cats are capped at 55 pounds.
