Bridge at Ribelin Ranch

The property traded earlier under the name The Asten at Ribelin Ranch. American Landmark picked it up in April 2019 as one of six Texas properties in a $311 million portfolio purchase that carried $14.7 million in planned capital improvements across the group, then sold it in December 2021 out of a joint venture with CenterSquare; Institutional Property Advisors brokered the 17.5-acre deal, and the buyer was not disclosed. Apartment Management Professionals runs it today. Plans span a 779 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,501 sq ft three-bedroom and average 979 sq ft, with attached garages on select homes. The clubhouse has a Starbucks coffee bar, and one of the pools is configured for volleyball. The site adjoins 3M’s proposed 57-acre office campus.
