Residences at the Domain

UDR owns and manages Residences at the Domain. Eleven named floor plans — Berkeley, Chambord, Chateau, Della Monta, Havencrest, Prescott, St. Michel, Thornbury, Valencia and Windsor among them — cover studios through two-bedrooms and span roughly 498 to 1,721 sq ft, some with floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings reaching 14 feet. Many of the studios and one-bedrooms are offered through the City of Austin’s SMART Housing program, which UDR describes as combining reduced rents with higher accessibility standards and proximity to transit; three such plans measure 498, 645 and 718 sq ft. Four rooftop decks, a pool with an outdoor kitchen and grills, a fenced dog park, a landscaped courtyard and a fitness center with a yoga and spin room round out the common areas. The MetroRail station and The Domain’s shops are minutes off, as are Indeed, Amazon and Meta offices.
