Milo leased for years as The Barrington at Park Place, and its resident portal still resolves under that name. RPM Living manages it, though the property’s own site carries Roscoe Properties branding. The community is laid out across 39 buildings. Five plans are offered: a 375 sq ft efficiency, one-bedrooms of 513, 636 and 699 sq ft, and a 946 sq ft two-bedroom, with fireplaces and vaulted ceilings in parts of the inventory.
