RIATA Wood Trail

Wood Trail is one of eight named villages inside Riata, alongside Arrowwood, Buena Vista, Dominion, Enclave, Greymoss, Mylesmark and Rock Creek; Olympus Property manages the whole community, and Wood Trail has no separate leasing identity. Riata itself changed hands on November 9, 2012, when Hunt Investment Management sold the 2,044-unit assemblage to Los Angeles-based IMT Capital and its affiliate IMT Residential in a CBRE-brokered deal the Austin Business Journal called one of the largest apartment portfolio sales ever in Austin. Riata-wide amenities include an 11,000-square-foot athletic club, nine pools and hot tubs, more than three miles of trails, dry saunas, racquetball and sand volleyball courts, a music studio, a pizza oven and a hammock grove. Wood Trail’s own eight plans run 656 to 747 square feet for one bedrooms and 968 to 1,034 for two, with private detached garages and door-to-door trash collection.
