Progress at Tech Ridge

The project was registered with the state in September 2021 under the name Affinity at Tech Ridge and leases today as Progress at Tech Ridge. MMI Development served as developer and construction manager and continues as asset manager, putting total project cost at $102 million; Eley|Barkley|Dale Architects designed roughly 507,000 square feet across five buildings, with construction scheduled to start in January 2022 and MMI dating completion to the third quarter of 2025. One- and two-bedroom plans run from 787 to 1,133 square feet. Distinctive features include a content production room, car-sharing service, a dog park with a pet spa and EV charging.
