Bell Southpark Spring

Springs Village is one of three sections — alongside Parks Village and Meadows Village — that Bell Partners runs together as Bell Southpark. Oden Hughes began construction in August 2016 on Lenox Springs, a 660-unit project along I-35 built in two phases, with the first 400 homes set to lease in fall 2017 and a second phase of 260 to follow. Bell Partners acquired Lenox Springs and Lenox Meadows in June 2021 for an undisclosed price and combined them with its existing Bell Southpark to form a single community about ten miles from downtown. Floor plans available in Springs Village run from a 587 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,704 sq ft three-bedroom, the largest in the community. The three villages share a four-acre live oak park, four pools, a sand volleyball court, bocce, three clubhouses with co-working space and conference rooms, a fitness trail, outdoor kitchens and a dog wash.
