The property traded earlier as Northland at Stonehollow: Northland Investment Corp. sold the community to an affiliate of Heitman LLC in September 2014, with Patton Jones of ARA brokering and the property 95 percent occupied. Greystar manages it today. Eight plans run from a 602-square-foot one-bedroom to a 1,352-square-foot three-bedroom and include a 912-square-foot two-bedroom with a single bath; select apartments have vaulted ceilings, crown molding and oversized yards. There are three swimming pools, a game room with billiards, a theater room, a study and coworking lounge, an outdoor grilling pavilion, detached garages and Spruce concierge service. Folio has taken an Apex Apartment Excellence Award from the Austin Apartment Association and Kingsley Award recognition.
