ResProp Management runs Starburst, as it does neighboring Orbit. Five plans are published — one-bedrooms at 444, 583, 627 and 647 square feet and an 817-square-foot two-bedroom — with quartz countertops throughout and vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces in select homes; in-unit washers and dryers are advertised as coming soon. Shared space includes a clubhouse, business center, pool and a court marked for basketball, tennis and racquetball. The leasing team advertises short-term leases and Spanish-speaking staff.
