JPI, the Irving-based developer, built Sur512 across two buildings on nine acres and sold it in December 2017; the buyer and price were not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefield, identified on the property’s own site as the former Pinnacle platform, manages it. The mix leans heavily to one-bedrooms — 208 of them against 136 two-bedrooms and eight three-bedrooms — spanning 601 to 1,260 square feet, and the site carries 616 parking spaces. Two pools and two fitness centers serve the pair of buildings, along with a clubhouse built around a gourmet kitchen, a business center with conference rooms, a gas fire pit and a dog park with grilling areas. Bluetooth-enabled door locks were installed at delivery, and kitchens were finished with islands, glass tile backsplashes and granite.
