Transwestern Development Company built The Arnold on a former industrial site, breaking ground in early 2015; Wilder Belshaw was the architect and Andres Construction the general contractor. Transwestern sold the property to Invesco Real Estate in January 2019 with the community 95 percent leased. Ground-floor space totals 9,450 square feet and houses Il Brutto, Royal Blue Grocery and Cisco’s Restaurant Bakery & Bar. Plans run from a 393 sq ft SMART Housing studio to a 1,165 sq ft two-bedroom and include a 695 sq ft live-work one-bedroom.
