Comunidad Partners, an Austin firm that invests in affordable and workforce housing, bought Toscana in August 2024 and set it aside for households earning between 60 and 120 percent of area median income. The buyer announced a capital improvement program for common areas and interiors that includes adding a pickleball court and private yards and upgrading the pool, playground and pet park. Cardinal Group Management handles operations. Floor plans carry Italian and French names — Bellarosa, Carneros, Vendome, Orleans and Provins — and span 697 to 1,360 sq ft across one, two and three bedrooms, with a one-bedroom-plus-study option. The site sits on the US 183 frontage road in the Pond Springs area.
