Hines developed and owns Elina, with Meeks + Partners as architect; the company puts the project at roughly 356,000 square feet. Hines calls it the flagship community within Easton Park, the master-planned development in southeast Austin, and residents use Easton Park’s hike-and-bike trails. Apartments run from 606 to 1,490 square feet across studio through three-bedroom layouts. The community has pickleball courts, a clubroom with a game room and dedicated green spaces, along with solar panels and EV charging outlets, and participates in the Austin Energy Green Building program.
