Monterey Ranch

Northland Investment Corporation bought Monterey Ranch in November 2014 from IMT Residential, which had held it since 2009; trade coverage at the time called it the largest apartment community in Austin. It spreads across 54 buildings on roughly 32 acres, built in stages through the late 1990s. Floor plans are named after Austin streets — the Lamar studio, the Congress and Brodie one-bedrooms, up to the Stassney at 1,160 sq ft — and each comes in original Classic or renovated Deluxe form. Residents share four pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court and a soccer field.
