The community brands itself Gallery at Domain and is run by Willow Bridge Property Company, the manager created when Lincoln Property Company rebranded its residential division. Studios run 324 to 547 square feet, one-bedrooms 604 to 1,056 and two-bedrooms 1,051 to 1,260. Residents share three pools, three fitness centers, a wellness studio with free classes, a rooftop deck, resident lounges, pet spas and a gated pet park with no breed restrictions or weight limits, plus package lockers and direct-access garages; a social concierge team runs monthly resident events. Willow Bridge cites nine acres of park space alongside the buildings, which sit on Alterra Parkway north of Kramer Lane, next to the Domain Parkside site and within walking distance of Domain Northside.
