Northland Investment Corporation owns and manages Great Hills, one of several communities the firm operates in this stretch of northwest Austin alongside High Oaks. Its six floor plans are named for Austin parks and greenbelts — the Zilker, Barton Creek, Rosewood, Wild Basin, Mayfield and Garrison — and run 540 to 1,020 sq ft across one and two bedrooms.
