Griffis at The Domain

Griffis Residential, a Denver company, acquired the property in April 2021 through its Griffis Premium Apartment Fund V — the fund’s fourth deal — financed with a seven-year, interest-only loan fixed at 2.77 percent. It had been called IMT at The Domain. The complex is a three-building mid-rise standing off Domain Drive beside the mall. Floor plans are named for cities and range from a 497-square-foot New York studio to a 1,391-square-foot Cordoba two-bedroom, each also offered in an upgraded Platinum version. Year-round pools, coworking pods, outdoor lounges with grilling stations, pet washing stations, an off-leash dog park and EV charging are on site, and up to three dogs or cats are allowed per apartment. ApartmentRatings named it 2024 Community of the Year. Topgolf, IPIC and Domain Central Park’s volleyball courts are close by.
