BH Management Services runs The Ridge. Floor plans are named for trees: Aspen at 450 sq ft, Cedar at 626, Maple at 682 and Hawthorn, a two-bedroom, at 976. On-site features include a basketball court, a tennis court, a zen garden, a pet washing station, a coffee bar, package lockers and EV charging. It stands on Wood Hollow Drive in northwest Austin.
