AMLI Residential began construction on Park Central in December 2023 on Aldrich Street in Mueller Town Center, the district Catellus master-planned on the old Robert Mueller Municipal Airport and Banbury Development took over in 2025. Framing of the East Building finished in January 2026 and exterior facade work started that July; pre-leasing is set for early 2027 with first move-ins in spring 2027. The ground floor is designed for 10,000 square feet of retail in two 5,000-square-foot suites, each divisible. Planned shared space includes two pools, a 2,500-square-foot sky lounge, a 9,000-square-foot fitness center with an infrared sauna, a library with a speakeasy room and rentable private offices. AMLI is targeting LEED Gold.
