Invesco Real Estate, of Dallas, sold the property to Chicago-based Heitman in October 2012 in a deal ARA called Austin’s largest multifamily trade of the year to that point; it was 96 percent occupied and Patton Jones of ARA brokered it. Grandbridge Real Estate Capital arranged a $39 million permanent loan on the community the following February. Greystar leases it today, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with quartz countertops and subway-tile backsplashes. The grounds hold a pool pavilion, a pickleball court and a hammock garden, and a fitness center runs both virtual and live instruction.
