Greystar developed Platform and still manages it, a multi-building community in the Chestnut neighborhood next to Capital Metro’s MLK Jr. Red Line station and about a mile from the University of Texas. A 12,000-square-foot clubroom holds a retro game lounge and a demonstration kitchen and bar; three pools include an “aquatic wall” water feature. On-site retail bays hold a coffee bar and a lash lounge, and the buildings include live/work spaces. Floor plans start at 380-square-foot studios and run through one- and two-bedrooms up to 1,560 square feet, plus townhomes reaching 1,414 square feet.
