Bridge at Harris Ridge

The NRP Group developed the community with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, its first partnership with HACA and its second affordable project in the city, and it manages the property as well. KeyBank arranged $32.3 million in construction financing in January 2018 through Freddie Mac’s Tax Exempt Loan program alongside 4 percent low-income housing tax credits, on a 15-year term with 35-year amortization; officials cut the ribbon on September 25, 2019. Every apartment is reserved for households earning at or below 60 percent of area median income, and Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted. Twelve garden-style buildings sit on 24 acres at the southeast corner of Harrisglenn Drive. Five plans run from a 662 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,446 sq ft four-bedroom.
