The property traded in August 2012 as Deerfield Apartments, when HFF brokered its sale from Nevins Adams Lewbel Schell to Falcon Southwest with the community 97 percent occupied. Olympus Property now manages it as The Brodie. Eight plans range from a 657 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,395 sq ft three-bedroom, some with fenced backyards. The grounds keep mature oak trees and shaded walking trails, and the fenced dog park covers more than 42,000 square feet.
