Churchill Forge Properties operates the community. The company has been in business since 1966 and runs about 47 complexes and nearly 11,000 units across six states from regional offices in Boston, San Antonio and Charleston; Park at Estancia is another of its Austin properties. Eleven plans cover one and two bedrooms from 601 to 1,009 square feet, six of them “Morning Room” variants of a base layout. Two pools share a heated jacuzzi, and the grounds also hold a courtyard, a grill area, five clothing care centers and greenbelts of large oaks. Interstate 35 runs directly past the community.
