Ethos Apartments

Maverick Development Group built Ethos on 57 wooded acres, with Kelly Grossman as architect and C.F. Jordan as contractor, and intended it as the first of a six-phase project of more than 2,000 units; trails link it to the sister communities Rise and Terra. Maverick sold in 2015, and FourPoint Investment Sales Partners brokered a further sale to Los Angeles-based Bluestone Properties in September 2020. Highmark Residential manages. The site keeps more than ten miles of trails, two dog parks, a five-acre cleared park bordering a creek with rock formations, and multilevel pools with fountains and waterfalls. Apartments run 625 to 1,375 square feet across one, two and three bedrooms, in the Bluff Springs neighborhood about nine miles southeast of downtown.
