Greystar leases Sonora as three collections: The Villas, single-family houses; The Row, townhomes; and The Residences, apartments. Plans run from a 608-square-foot studio through apartments to 1,255 square feet, townhomes of 1,584 to 1,858 square feet, and two- to four-bedroom houses of 1,532 to 2,115 square feet. Interiors carry 10- to 12-foot ceilings, entryway mud benches, quartz countertops with matching backsplashes and dual shower heads; houses and townhomes have attached garages, while apartments get covered carports, bike storage and backlit bathroom mirrors.
