Northland Investment Corp., a Massachusetts owner-operator, acquired The Park at Monterey Oaks in December 2017 in a purchase that brought its Austin holdings to 7,040 units across 19 properties; the community remains in Northland’s portfolio. The garden-style property is laid out across 15 buildings and includes a park owned by the property itself, a community garden and a nature trail alongside the pool.
