Cortland Southpark Terraces

Cortland operates the community, which was listed for years under the name Cortland Southpark Estates at the same address. The Cortland Southpark Terraces name previously belonged to a 244-unit property next door on South First Street, which SPI Advisory bought in August 2023 and renamed Parkview Terraces. Eleven floor plans take Austin place names — Zilker, Barton Springs, Mueller, Travis, River Place, Searight, Mayfield, Barton Creek, Mockingbird, Longhorn — and run from 556 to 1,388 square feet. Two pools, two fitness centers, a leash-free bark park, a business center, package lockers, detached garages, fireplaces in select homes and Google Fiber service are on site. Ceilings reach nine to twelve feet with crown molding. The community borders the Southpark Meadows shopping center, and Cortland names Google, Indeed and Oracle among nearby employers.
