Villages at Domain

Simon Property Group developed Villages at the Domain and opened it in October 2009 as part of the mall operator’s 34-acre expansion of The Domain, which Simon described as extending the project’s “city within a city” concept across a 91-acre mixed-use footprint between North MoPac, Braker Lane and Burnet Road. Willow Bridge Property Company manages it. Thirty-one floor plans are offered, from a 507 sq ft studio through one-bedrooms to 1,162 sq ft, two-bedrooms to 1,533 sq ft and a 1,870 sq ft three-bedroom. Residents have a clubroom, a pool and outdoor workout areas with grilling stations. Nordstrom, Tecovas, North Italia and True Food Kitchen are among the Domain tenants the community points to as neighbors.
