Set on Cameron Road in Coronado Hills, Wildwood is run by CLEAR Property Management, an Austin firm with more than 3,200 units. Four plans are published: one-bedrooms of 558 and 741 square feet and two-bedrooms of 793 and 937. Homes have tiled wood-burning fireplaces with mantles, vaulted ceilings in select units, grey cabinets with brushed-nickel hardware and AT&T Fiber service. Two pools with sundecks, a resident lounge, a business center, a clothes care center and a playground serve the property, which also runs valet trash, recycling and composting, night patrol and a Spanish-speaking team.
