Floor plans are named for Texas cities and climb by size — the Austin at 460 sq ft, then Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth and Galveston at 1,019 — and some are townhome-style or laid out for roommates. Select apartments have wood-burning fireplaces and separate tub and toilet areas. Mature oaks are kept across the grounds, which hold two pools with sun decks, tennis courts and a dog park open to all breeds, plus a clubhouse with a kitchen and coffee bar. Balcones Woods District Park is nearby, and Capital Metro service runs toward downtown.
