Genesis Capital Partners developed this garden community on 16.7 acres, breaking ground in March 2008 and finishing construction in November 2009. It reached stabilized occupancy in August 2010, hitting 97 percent within 14 months, and the partnership refinanced its construction loan through Freddie Mac at a 4.49 percent fixed rate before selling in September 2011 for $37,736,000, about $106,000 per unit. Greystar manages it today. Plans are lettered A1 through C1 and run 630 to 1,381 sq ft across one, two and three bedrooms. Shared spaces include a cabana bar, a yoga and stretch studio, and a clubhouse with a pool table and bistro kitchen.
