Los Angeles investor Tides Equities bought the complex in January 2022 and ran it as Tides on Copper Creek; it now operates as Copperline at Village Oaks under RPM Living. The unit range is wide at both ends — studios of 422 to 476 sq ft against two-bedrooms of 1,350 to 1,380 sq ft and three-bedrooms of 1,488 to 1,618 sq ft, with fireplaces in some homes. The grounds include a basketball court, a tennis court, a playground and a dog park, and the clubhouse has a catering kitchen, with three clothes care centers serving the property. Despite the Austin address it falls in Round Rock ISD.
