A partnership including Paydar Cos. and Lankford & Associates acquired the 30-acre property in 2014, financed with a $56.5 million Fannie Mae loan arranged by Berkadia on a ten-year fixed term with three years of interest-only payments; the community was 97 percent occupied at the time and measured about 426,000 rentable square feet. Avenue5 Residential manages it. Floor plans are compact — studios of 505 to 518 sq ft, two 691 sq ft one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms from 944 to 1,012 sq ft. The grounds back onto the Barton Creek Greenbelt and hold an infinity pool facing it, a separate lap pool with two hot tubs, and three bark parks.
