AMLI Branch Park

AMLI Residential developed, owns and manages Branch Park in Mueller, the 700-acre district the City of Austin redeveloped from Robert Mueller Municipal Airport with Catellus as master developer from 2002 until Banbury Development took over in 2025. Sixty-one apartments are income-restricted through the Mueller Affordable Homes Program, and one plan, A11LW at 1,518 square feet, is a live-work layout. Plans otherwise run from 643-square-foot studios to 1,330-square-foot two-bedrooms. More than 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail holds Chuy’s, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Honest Mary’s and Modern Animal. A three-quarter-acre deck carries two pools, a dog park and a hammock grove, beside a 3,500-square-foot coworking suite and a maker space. The building is LEED Platinum and Austin Energy Green Building 1-star rated, and smoke-free inside and out.
