Bell Partners, a North Carolina investment firm, bought the property in August 2021 and rebranded it from Lenox Boardwalk. It was the firm’s fourth Texas acquisition that year, following CityLine Park in metro Dallas and the Austin communities Lenox Springs and Lenox Meadows. One- and two-bedroom homes are served by a garage with elevator access, and the shared spaces include a sky lounge, a pet spa beside the dog park and bicycle storage.
