Greystar manages District on La Frontera. Six floor plans are offered, from a 640 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,232 sq ft three-bedroom, including an 865 sq ft two-bedroom with a single bath; homes have nine-foot ceilings with crown molding and large walk-in closets, and select units add wood-burning fireplaces, fenced yards or private patios. The address fronts La Frontera Boulevard in Round Rock’s La Frontera district, a 330-acre mixed-use development on the Travis-Williamson county line that broke ground in 1998 on a cattle ranch owned by Tom Kouri — the same ranch where the 1974 film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre was primarily shot. La Frontera today holds more than a million square feet of retail, including the 880,000-square-foot La Frontera Village, the 298-room Austin North Marriott, and offices for Emerson Process Management.
