Still Waters at Southpark Meadows

Westwood Residential, a Frisco-based operator, runs Still Waters with Taylor Land Two. There are no studios and no three-bedrooms: plans run from a 560 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,260 sq ft two-bedroom, and most layouts also come in an upgraded Platinum version. Interiors carry nine-foot ceilings, under-counter lighting and garden soaking tubs with tile surrounds. Outside are two pools, a putting green, a bocce ball court, grilling areas and an oversized leash-free run, and an AquaFit class is offered on site. The property sits less than half a mile east of I-35 on Slaughter Lane, near Southpark Meadows.
