Fairfield Residential developed Luca and manages it, breaking ground in June 2021. Studios run 473 to 556 square feet, one-bedrooms 680 to 895 and two-bedrooms 807 to 1,438, finished in one of two design packages the company calls Bourbon and Caviar; optional upgrades add built-in shelving and deep soaker-style tubs. The fitness center occupies two stories and holds separate yoga and spin studios, and there is a pool with open-air cabanas, a social lounge with a game area and outdoor patio, a large coworking space and EV charging. The building sits in North Burnet, near Q2 Stadium, The Domain and The Arboretum, with Parmer and Anderson lanes among the major routes nearby.
