The Marlowe

Grayco Partners manages The Marlowe, which holds Austin Energy Green Building certification. It stands on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake with direct access to the boardwalk and trail system, one block from Oracle’s Austin campus. Floor plans are named for Texas places and breweries — Alamo, Shiner, Saint Arnold, Live Oak — and run from 589 to 1,557 square feet across one, two and three bedrooms. The rooftop carries a pool and an outdoor kitchen; inside are a Full Swing multi-sport simulator, a Peloton bike room, shuffleboard and a pool table, private offices and a boardroom, a media room, refrigerated package lockers, and bike and kayak storage with a wash station. A courtyard holds a fireplace and a fountain. Apartments have Nest thermostats and eight-foot windows with retractable solar shades.
