Weinstein Properties, a Virginia company with communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas, operates the property under its Bexley brand — the same name it gave Hillstone at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown after buying that community in July 2020. Twenty-eight plans run from a 525 sq ft studio to a 1,404 sq ft three-bedroom, and several are offered in an attached-garage variant. A renovation program marketed as Concierge Upgrades adds stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, designer lighting and crown molding to individual apartments. The grounds hold an outdoor fitness area, a poolside BBQ area, a car care center, a community garden, an outdoor lounge with a fireplace, and a dog park with an outdoor pet spa.
