Reserve at Arboretum

Weidner Apartment Homes announced its acquisition of the Reserve at Arboretum in October 2025, describing it as the company’s third Austin community; the property leased earlier under the name Ascent Arboretum. Weidner’s announcement describes one- and two-bedroom homes averaging roughly 800 square feet, with nine-foot ceilings, quartz or granite countertops and private balconies. Shared space includes a clubhouse with a full kitchen, coworking areas, a dog park and package lockers. Weidner cites Meta, IBM, Dell and Apple offices nearby; Stillhouse Hollow Nature Preserve and the MoPac bike trails are also close.
