Flournoy Development of Columbus, Georgia developed this two-building mid-rise on 4.3 acres, then sold it off-market to Atlanta-based Pollack Shores in November 2017 in a deal brokered by ARA Newmark; Olympus Property manages it now. Forty-two of the homes are affordable, and ten are live-work units. Studios run 552 to 560 square feet, one-bedrooms 612 to 778 and two-bedrooms 992 to 1,247. A rooftop lounge, a two-story fitness center, a clubroom with a demonstration kitchen and a cybercafé make up the amenity program, and units have ten-foot ceilings in loft-style layouts. The site is less than a mile from downtown, a short walk from Plaza Saltillo, and close to Dell Medical School and Dell Seton Medical Center.
