Continental Properties developed Springs at Lakeline and still owns and manages it, one of the Springs-branded communities the company builds nationwide. Continental announced the property reached stabilization at 95 percent occupancy in May 2019, crediting its construction team with an on-schedule delivery. The apartments are townhome-style with private entries; plans come in Designer and Grand versions, each facing either a courtyard or an overlook, and run from a 525 sq ft studio to 1,430 sq ft at three bedrooms. Detached garages rent separately. Dogs get a leash-free playground and a spa station, with no weight restrictions and a DNA program used to enforce cleanup. The community falls in the Round Rock ISD attendance zone.
