CWS Apartment Homes operates the property and applies the Marquis name to a number of other Austin communities, among them Marquis at Great Hills, Marquis at Caprock Canyon, Marquis Lakeline Station and Marquis SoCo. Eleven plans cover one, two and three bedrooms from 636 to 1,441 square feet, some with attached garages; private detached garages rent separately. Two pools serve the community, one of them with a swim-up bar, next to a sundeck and an outdoor lounge with grilling stations. A spin studio adjoins the fitness center, and there is also a clubhouse, bike storage and a bark park.
