AMLI South Shore

AMLI Residential developed the community and still manages it, building it out in phases — Phase I is ENERGY STAR certified and Phase II was certified LEED Gold. That second phase rose on green space between the original building and Lady Bird Lake and was planned with 178 apartments, seven townhomes and roughly 6,000 square feet of restaurant space. HLR Architects handled the interior design. Plans run from a 569 sq ft studio to a 2,451 sq ft three-bedroom townhome, two of the studio plans are designated affordable, and the townhomes carry roof terraces. The property has direct lake access with boat docks and kayak storage, sits on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and holds more than 15,000 square feet of retail plus a food truck park and a half-acre dog park.
