Trinsic Residential Group built this community as Aura 33Hundred on roughly 14.4 acres along the MoPac frontage road at Wells Branch Parkway, completing it in the first quarter of 2015 and selling that December. Cushman & Wakefield manages it today. Eight plans run from a 623 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,474 sq ft three-bedroom, with nine-foot ceilings, kitchen prep islands and Energy Star stainless appliances; the garden-style buildings include both attached and detached garages alongside surface parking. The pool has in-water lounge chairs, and there is a cyber café, a conference room, and a TV lounge with a coffee bar and business center. Trinsic pitched the site as walking distance from Howard Station on Capital Metro’s Red Line, about three miles north of The Domain and 2.5 miles south of La Frontera.
