Northland Investment Corporation owns and manages this community as one of seven it runs in the same pocket of northwest Austin, a group it markets jointly as “The Austin Neighborhood” alongside Village Oaks, High Oaks, Canyon Creek, Great Hills, Madison at the Arboretum and Stonelake at the Arboretum.
