Lenox Woods

OHT Partners, the Austin developer formerly known as Oden Hughes, broke ground on Lenox Woods in June 2022 as the first phase of a 750-unit, two-phase project spread across 37 acres. Meeks + Partners designed it, with Blu Fish Collaborative on landscape and Wayfinder Real Estate on interiors. The two phases share 7.5 acres of shaded parkland and a perimeter trail of nearly a mile. Twelve plans run from a 625 sq ft one-bedroom to a 1,294 sq ft two-bedroom, with private yards on some and no studios or three-bedrooms offered. ZRS Management runs the property; the amenity set includes two pools with a Jumbotron, a cold spa, a pickleball court, a game room with billiards and a sky lounge facing downtown. Southpark Meadows is nearby.
